Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses and PO boxes. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on orders of $70 or more. Orders under $70 have a flat shipping fee of $8.00. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Sales tax is added where applicable.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed after 2 pm Eastern Time or on weekends begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

After your order is processed, delivery usually takes 4–9 business days. Total time from order to delivery is typically 5–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather or holiday volume.

Shipping from multiple locations

We work with partner warehouses, so if you order several items they may arrive in separate packages on different days. You never pay extra shipping when this happens.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show the first update.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of purchase, email us at taticacerescorrea@gmail.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier and, if the package can't be found, send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we'll update it before the order ships. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
